Hank Lawlor

Mr. Lawlor is a co-founder of Prides Capital, LLC. He is primarily responsible for non-investment functions at the firm. Mr. Lawlor is a member of the board of directors of Sanuwave Inc., a private portfolio company of Prides Capital LLC.

Prior to joining Prides Capital, Mr. Lawlor was partner and managing director of Boston Partners Asset Management, a subsidiary of Robeco USA, since 1995. Mr. Lawlor's responsibilities included oversight of the Boston Partners Family of Funds as well as client service and sales responsibilities for institutional plan sponsors in the southeastern part of the United States. Prior to that, he spent four years at The Boston Company.

Mr. Lawlor earned his B.S. in Finance from Babson College.
