Follow signs for Airport Exit/I-90-Williams Tunnel.
Pay toll and enter tunnel.
Take exit 25 (South Boston).
Stay in left lane and make the first left onto Congress Street and proceed through five traffic lights to Atlantic Avenue.
Turn right onto Atlantic Avenue and get in the left lane.
After going through the light at Seaport Boulevard, position yourself in the middle lane.
You will come across a cement triangle with yellow barrels in the road.
Be sure to be on the right-hand side of these barrels. (Do not use the left lane or you will enter the new I-93 Tunnel.)
After you pass this divider, move into the left lane.
You will be forced to make a u-turn underneath the old Expressway through a traffic signal and onto Purchase Street.
Turn right at the first intersection, Oliver Street, and proceed to the first intersection, High Street.
200 High Street will be on your left at the end of the block.
