Rebecca Dernbach

Ms. Dernbach is a member of the Prides Capital LLC investment team. Ms. Dernbach is a member of the board of directors of Pegasus Solutions, Inc., a private portfolio company of Prides Capital LLC.

Prior to joining Prides Capital, she was a vice president at Blue Capital Partners LP (1999-2003), a New York-based private equity investment firm, where she was a key member of the investment team and involved in several control investments in middle market private companies. Prior to joining Blue Capital, Ms. Dernbach was an associate at AEA Investors (1997-1999), another New-York based private equity investment firm, where she was also involved in several control investments in private companies.

Prior to her career in private equity, Ms. Dernbach was an analyst at Merrill Lynch and SG Cowen specializing in mergers and acquisitions (1994-1997) where she advised companies on numerous transactions including James River’s $5.8 billion merger with Fort Howard and Flight Safety’s $1.5 billion merger with Berkshire Hathaway.

Ms. Dernbach earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Denver.
